Precipitation that flows superficially on the slopes can accumulate and infiltrate the ground, producing its saturation, affecting the load-bearing capacity of the structure, generating settlements that threaten its stability and contribute to the formation of cracks and subsidence.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Solution using geotextiles in drainage systems:<\/h3>\r\n<p>PERMADRAIN geonet is a geocomposite that presents in a single product an integral drainage system, consisting of a HDPE drainage medium (geonet) that offers high resistance to compression, maintaining its thickness constant under high load stresses and a non-woven geotextile filtering medium that allows the efficient passage of water.<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/geomatrix.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/1-2.png\" alt=\"1\" width=\"1112\" height=\"191\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>Figure 1. Reduction of the water table with the Subdrainage System.<\/p>\r\n<p>The geodrain for the longitudinal subdrainage system has a perforated DRAINPIPE pipe in its lower casing, which is in direct contact with the geonet, guaranteeing the direct delivery of the water captured by the geonet to the perforated pipe. The PERMADRAIN geonet has a high hydraulic capacity, in addition to mechanical properties that guarantee minimum installation damage. Additionally, PERMADRAIN geodrainage systems require less trench width and less drainage material to fill the trench, which results in greater cost-efficiency.<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"2\" src=\"https:\/\/geomatrix.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/2-2.png\" alt=\"2\" width=\"664\" height=\"497\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>Figure 2.
