Geosynthetic formed by a regular network of integrally connected elements with openings that allow interlocking with the surrounding soil, rock, earth and other materials to provide reinforcement.

Fortgrid UX

Fortgrid UX geogrids are used for the reinforcement of granular layers in the construction of retaining walls in reinforced soil and steep slopes. They present stability in long-term mechanical behavior through their low plastodeformation (low creep), which represents permanence in the reinforcement function over time and control of deformations in the reinforced structure.

uniaxial geogrids Fortgrid UX They are developed to interact with soils and stone aggregates, providing high tensile strength and high deformation modulus to the structures they comprise. The geogrid fibers are made with the exclusive G5 Multifilament of high-tenacity polyester (PET) and are coated with a copolymer that gives it greater dimensional rigidity and the necessary protection in its installation.

__________     Advantages  __________

Fortgrid UX

High tensile strength: high mechanical support capacity that controls the stability condition of structures in reinforced soil.

Fortgrid UX

High elastic modulus: high immediate elastic response that provides reinforcement to the ground.

Fortgrid UX

High interaction with the ground: strong joints that guarantee binding and resistance to pulling out.

Fortgrid UX

Low creep: maintains the condition of stability and controls the deformation of structures in the long term.

Fortgrid UX

Low installation damage: high resistance at the joint, coated with a copolymer that protects them.
