Geogrids

Geosynthetic formed by a regular network of integrally connected elements with openings that allow interlocking with the surrounding soil, rock, earth and other materials to provide them with reinforcement. Composed of continuous elements joined by weaving techniques.

Propygrid

Propygrid biaxial geogrids are designed for the reinforcement of granular layers in the construction of pavements, foundations and industrial floors. They have a high biaxial modulus of elasticity and optimum strength to tolerate installation damage. The interlocking of the aggregate within its openings allows for effective confinement and reinforcement of the soils and construction aggregates with which it interacts. PROPYGRID geogrids are manufactured from polypropylene PP, by extrusion and biaxial tensioning to increase their tensile characteristics.

___________     Advantages  ____________

Propygrid

High elastic modulus: high immediate elastic response that controls soil deformation.

Propygrid

High interaction with the ground: they guarantee binding and resistance to pulling out.
